- 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups thinly sliced apples
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and oil an 8-inch round or square baking pan.
- Beat the butter and sugar together, then mix in the egg.
