Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup bisquick
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and grease an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking oil.
- Stir 2 cups of Bisquick, the milk, egg, and granulated sugar until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Mix the remaining Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly, then sprinkle it over the batter.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the center is firm and a toothpick comes out clean.
