Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla wafers crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F and line a 9-by-13-inch pan with parchment.
- Mix the vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter, press them into the pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth, then spread the mixture over the crust.
- Dot the batter with blueberries and marshmallow fluff, then bake for 35 minutes until the eggs are firm.
- Cool the bars at room temperature for 45 minutes.
- Whisk the powdered sugar, milk, and lemon juice, drizzle the glaze over the bars, and chill them for 170 minutes.
