Ingredients
- 24 long crackers
- 48 seedless grapes
- 24 small crackers
- 24 slices salami
- 12 slices ham
- 12 slices prosciutto
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 8 oz pepper jack cheese
- 12 olives
- fresh herbs (optional)
Steps
- Set out 12 small cups for assembly.
- Cut the cheddar, brie, and pepper jack into 12 portions each.
- Place two long crackers, two small crackers, and four grapes in each cup.
- Add two salami slices, one ham slice, and one prosciutto slice to each cup.
- Add one portion of each cheese and one olive to every cup.
- Finish with fresh herbs if using, then chill or serve within 40 minutes.
