Ingredients
- 1 Sandwich bread
- 0.75 lb Italian or breakfast sausage
- 8 Eggs
- 12 oz Milk
- 4 oz Cheddar and shredded cheese
From the pantry: Salt and pepper, Mustard, mayo, ketchup.
Steps
- Brown and crumble the sausage.
- Cube the bread and spread it in a greased 9x13 dish with the sausage and cheese.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, mustard and salt and pour over.
- Chill overnight, then bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
