Ingredients
- 8 oz feta block
- 1 cup natural delights medjool dates
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)
- fresh rosemary (optional)
- salt & pepper (optional)
- baguette slices (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F.
- Place the feta in a small baking dish, then scatter the dates and hazelnuts around it.
- Drizzle the feta and dates with honey and olive oil, and add salt and pepper if using.
- Roast for 15 minutes, until the feta is warm and the hazelnuts are lightly toasted.
