Ingredients
- 12 oz Stuffing mix
- 0.5 lb Italian or breakfast sausage
- 1 Celery
- 0.5 lb Onions
- 0.5 lb Apples
- 16 oz Broth or stock
- 2 oz Butter
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F.
- Brown the sausage with the diced celery, onion and apple.
- Toss with the stuffing mix, melted butter and warm broth.
- Bake in a greased dish 30 minutes, covered for the first 15.
