- 1 lb Beef chuck roast or stew beef
- 16 oz Salsa
- 0.5 lb Onions
- 8 Tortillas
- 4 oz Cheddar and shredded cheese
From the pantry: Dried spices (cumin, paprika, chili powder, oregano) (cumin and chili powder), Salt and pepper.
Steps
- Put the beef, salsa, sliced onion, spices and salt in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours until it shreds easily.
- Shred the beef in the juices.
- Warm the tortillas and fill with beef and cheese.
