Ingredients
- 3 large avocado
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- 1 lime
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/4 kg baby new potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp hot chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 200 g tortillas
Steps
- Boil the baby potatoes in a large pot of salted water for 18 to 20 minutes, until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool for 15 minutes.
- Mash the avocados with yogurt, lime juice, lemon juice, chili powder, and cumin seeds in a medium bowl.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil and a little salt and pepper.
- Cut the tortillas into wedges and serve them with the avocado dip and seasoned potatoes.
