Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
6 slices bacon
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
fresh parsley

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking sheet.
Cut the cabbage into six 1-inch rounds and place them on the baking sheet.
Mix the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, then brush it over both sides of the cabbage.
Bake the cabbage and bacon for 20 minutes, turning the bacon once.
