Ingredients
- 1 bags (13 oz) kraft caramels
- 4 large granny smith apples
- 1 lb white chocolate candy melts or almond bark
- 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Steps
- Wash and dry the apples, remove their stems, and insert sturdy sticks if available.
- Melt the caramels in a saucepan over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each apple in the caramel, place it on a lightly oiled plate, and chill for 10 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring between bursts.
- Dip the caramel-coated apples in the white chocolate, then roll them in graham crumbs mixed with sugar and cinnamon.
- Chill the apples for 15 minutes, until the coating is firm.
