Ingredients
- 37 1/2 saltine crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 4 1/2 oz peanut butter chips
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a rimmed 10-by-15-inch baking sheet with the saltine crackers.
- Boil the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring often.
- Pour the hot toffee over the crackers and spread it into an even layer.
- Bake the cracker layer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips over the hot toffee, then spread them as they melt.
- Cool the bark for 2 minutes, then chill it for 5 minutes before breaking it into pieces.
