Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 300 g cheese
- 100 ml milk milk
- 3 eggs
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- 350 g plum tomatoes
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- topping basil
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and press the flour, butter, one egg, and salt into a 9-inch tart pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then cool it for 5 minutes.
- Whisk the cheese, milk, three eggs, and Parmesan together, then pour the filling into the crust.
- Arrange the tomatoes over the filling and bake for 22 minutes until the eggs are firm.
- Stir the vinegar and honey together, drizzle it over the tart, and top with basil before slicing.
