- 4 chorizo
- 4 crusty bread
- 1 drizzle chimichurri sauce
Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Cook the chorizo for 20 to 25 minutes, turning often, until browned and 160 F inside.
- Split the crusty bread and toast it cut-side down in the skillet for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Fill each toasted roll with one cooked chorizo.
- Drizzle the sandwiches with chimichurri sauce and serve hot.
