Ingredients
- 200 g flat rice noodles
- 2 tblsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 3 chopped birds-eye chillies
- 225 g sirloin steak
- 100 g broccoli
- 1 handful basil leaves
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tblsp sugar
Steps
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 8 to 10 minutes until flexible, then drain.
- Stir soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar together in a small bowl.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak for 3 to 4 minutes until it reaches 145 F, then transfer it to a plate.
- Cook the garlic, chilies, and broccoli in the skillet for 3 minutes.
- Add the noodles, sauce, steak, and basil, then stir-fry for 2 minutes.
