Ingredients

6 potatoes
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp dried oregano
1 pinch salt (optional)
1 pinch pepper (optional)
1 spray olive oil
1/2 tsp semolina (optional)

Steps

Heat the oven to 450 F and coat a large baking sheet with olive oil spray.
Boil the potatoes in a large pot of water for 12 to 15 minutes, until tender.
Melt the butter in a small skillet and cook the garlic for 1 minute.
Smash the potatoes on the baking sheet and brush them with garlic butter and lemon juice.
