Ingredients
- 7 lb fully cooked spiral bone-in ham
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 orange
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F and place the ham cut side down in a roasting pan.
- Mix the pineapple juice, orange juice, mustard, honey, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
- Brush half the glaze over the ham and cover the pan tightly with foil.
- Bake for 80 minutes, brushing with the remaining glaze after 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes, until the center reaches 145 F.
- Rest the ham for 10 minutes before slicing.
