Ingredients
- 9 lb bone-in cooked ham
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup whole cloves
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F and place the ham cut side down in a roasting pan.
- Warm pineapple juice, honey, brown sugar, and butter in a saucepan until smooth.
- Press the cloves over the ham and pour half the glaze over it.
- Cover and bake for 65 minutes, then brush with the remaining glaze.
- Uncover and bake for 20 minutes, until the center reaches 145 F.
- Rest the ham for 5 minutes before slicing.
