2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp gochujang sauce (optional)

Steps

Set the Instant Pot to sauté, heat the sesame oil, and brown the beef with salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
Stir in the broth, garlic, honey, soy sauce, ginger, gochujang, and crushed red pepper.
Lock the lid, cook at high pressure for 25 minutes, and let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes.
Open the pot when the pressure pin drops and check that the beef reaches 160 F.
Top the beef with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
