1 cup arborio rice
2 cups vegetable broth

2 tbsp unsalted butter

Steps

Set a 6-quart Instant Pot to Sauté, heat the oil, and cook the onion for 4 minutes.
Add the garlic and rice, and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in the vegetable broth, salt, and pepper, then pressure-cook on High for 6 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release the remaining pressure.
