Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 lb raw shrimp
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
Steps
- Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
- Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes per side, until opaque and 145 F.
- Pour in the wine, lemon zest, and lemon juice, then simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the parsley and serve hot.
