- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1.5 lb Zucchini and summer squash
- 2 oz Butter
- 1 Garlic
- 1 Lemons and limes

Steps
- Slice the zucchini into half-moons and sear in a hot pan 4 minutes; set aside.
- Melt butter, add garlic and shrimp, cook 3 minutes.
- Return the zucchini, squeeze in lemon juice and toss.
