- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 cup refried beans
- 12 round corn tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup lettuce
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Steps
- Cook the ground beef and taco seasoning in a skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, adding water as needed, until it reaches 160 F.
- Warm the refried beans in a small saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Spread beans and beef over six flour tortillas, leaving room around the edges.
- Top each with a corn tortilla chip, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, cheddar, and salsa.
- Cover each filling with another flour tortilla and fold the edges inward to seal.
- Toast the crunchwraps seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes per side.
