Ingredients
- 8 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup homemade tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups skin shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup bacon
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F.
- Cook the bacon in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, then crumble it.
