1 tbsp corn starch
1/3 cup raw sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp flaxmeal
2 tbsp almond milk
3 tbsp almond butter
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp sugar
3 tsp cinnamon

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Stir the flaxmeal and almond milk in a small bowl and rest the mixture for 5 minutes.
Mix the flour, cornstarch, raw sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
Stir in the almond butter, oil, vanilla, and flax mixture until a dough forms.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl, roll the dough into 12 balls, and coat them.
