Ingredients

500 g lean minced steak
100 g cooked beetroot
2 small naan bread
50 g rocket
4 tbsp soured cream and chive dip

Steps

Divide the minced steak into four patties and season them with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until they reach 160 F.
Toast the naan in the same skillet for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Slice the beetroot and cut each naan in half.
Fill the naan with rocket, a beef patty, beetroot, and soured cream and chive dip.
