Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 3 strips bacon
- 1 rib celery (optional)
- 1 green onion
- seasoned salt (optional)
Steps
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, drain it, and crumble it.
- Chop the celery and green onion, then place them in a medium bowl with the chicken and bacon.
- Stir the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, mustard, dill, and parsley together in a small bowl.
- Check that the thickest part of the poultry reaches 165 F before serving.
- Fold the dressing into the chicken mixture and season with seasoned salt if desired.
