- 6 6-ounce salmon filets
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 8 oz creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp minced shallot
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and place the salmon in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then pour the white wine around the fillets.
