Ingredients
- 14 oz spaghetti
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
- 4 grilled pesto chicken breasts
- 17 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup homemade basil pesto
- 1 pinch parmesan cheese
Steps
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the spaghetti until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
- Warm the tomatoes and grilled chicken in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the pesto and drained spaghetti, adding reserved pasta water until the sauce coats the noodles.
- Check that the thickest part of the poultry reaches 165 F before serving.
- Heat the mixture for 3 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan.
