Ingredients
- 4 beef cutlet
- 2 beaten egg
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- to taste salt (optional)
- to taste pepper (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and grease a large baking sheet with cooking oil.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each beef cutlet in beaten egg, then press it into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated cutlets on the baking sheet and drizzle them with oil.
- Bake for 10 minutes, turn the cutlets, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes more, until browned and 145 F inside.
