Ingredients
- 400 g minced beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sesame seed burger buns
- chopped onion
- 1/4 iceberg lettuce
- 2 sliced cheese
- 2 large dill pickles
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Steps
- Stir mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, onion salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the beef into four thin patties.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side, reaching 160 F.
- Place cheese on the hot patties and cover the skillet for 1 minute to melt it.
- Toast the buns cut side down in the skillet for 2 minutes.
- Spread sauce on the buns and layer the patties with onion, lettuce, and sliced pickles.
