- 1 cup frozen unsweetened wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5/8 cups sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2/3 cup freeze-dried blueberries
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Steps
- Cook the frozen blueberries in a small saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes, then cool them completely.
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
