Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- 1 lb green cabbage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp dill
- 2 tbsp green onion (optional)
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with oil.
- Shred the cabbage and cook it in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes.
- Whisk the eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, baking powder, cornstarch, salt, dill, and green onion.
- Stir the cabbage into the egg mixture and spread it in the baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and bake for 25 minutes, until the center is firm.
