Ingredients
- 8 oz honey goat cheese
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/8 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Steps
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then stir in the pecans, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Cool the candied pecans, then chop them with the dried cranberries and parsley.
- Divide the goat cheese into small portions and roll each portion into a ball.
