Ingredients
- 5/8 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
- 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 12 pecan halves
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F and place the graham cracker crust on a baking sheet.
- Stir the graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press the mixture over the crust bottom.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture into the crust and spoon the apple pie filling over it.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the center reaches 160 F and is nearly set.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with caramel topping and scatter the pecans over it.
