Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 8 oz lean ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
- fresh tomato slices and shredded lettuce (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and stretch the pizza dough onto a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion and ground beef for 7 to 8 minutes, until the beef reaches 160 F.
- Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl, then spread the mixture over the dough.
- Top the pizza with the cooked beef, onion, pickle slices, mozzarella, and cheddar.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted.
