Steps

Warm the milk and water until lukewarm, then stir in the sugar, yeast, and melted butter.
Mix in the flour and salt, knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Heat the oven to 375 F and butter a 9-inch tube or bundt pan.
