Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chocolate coconut almond butter
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 strawberries
- 2/7 cup powdered sugar
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking oil.
- Melt the chocolate coconut almond butter, butter, and coconut oil together, then stir in the sugar and milk.
- Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda, then fold in the coconut and chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the center is set.
- Beat the cream cheese, remaining butter, vanilla, strawberries, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Cool the brownies for 5 minutes, spread on the strawberry frosting, and cut into nine pieces.
