Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose or white whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup 0% stonyfield greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups baby arugula
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste (optional)
Steps
- Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and yogurt until a soft dough forms, then knead it for 2 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two pieces and roll each piece into a thin round.
- Heat a grill to medium-high, about 425 F, and oil the grates.
- Grill the dough for 2 to 3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Spread the sauce over the grilled crusts, add mozzarella, and grill for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Top the pizzas with arugula, salt, and pepper.
