- 1 lb Ground beef
- 12 oz Egg noodles
- 8 oz Mushrooms
- 8 oz Sour cream or plain yogurt
- 12 oz Broth or stock
- 0.5 lb Onions
From the pantry: Flour, Salt and pepper.
Steps
- Brown the beef with chopped onion and sliced mushrooms; drain the fat.
- Stir in the flour, then the broth, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Add the noodles and a cup of water; cook covered 8 minutes until tender.
- Take off the heat and stir in the sour cream.
