Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 4 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 8 oz /250g shaved ham
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- oil spray
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and coat a large baking sheet with oil spray.
- Spread mustard over both puff pastry sheets.
- Cover the pastry with ham and cheddar cheese.
- Cut each sheet into nine squares and fold each square into a triangle.
- Place the pastries on the baking sheet and brush them with egg yolk.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until puffed and golden.
