- 4 thick boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lime
- sesame seeds (optional)
- green onions (optional)
Steps
- Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, olive oil, pepper, ginger, garlic, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Coat the pork chops with the marinade and refrigerate them for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 400 F and place the pork chops in a lightly oiled 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Bake the pork chops at 400 F for 22 to 25 minutes, turning them once halfway through.
- Check that the thickest part reaches 145 F, then rest the chops for 3 minutes.
