1 tbsp chu hou paste
2 cubes chinese fermented red bean curd
3 tbsp char siu sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp regular soy sauce

Steps

Cut the pork butt into 2-inch pieces.
Stir the honey, soy sauces, chu hou paste, bean curd, char siu sauce, sesame oil, wine, garlic powder, salt, and water in the pot.
Add the pork and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then open the pot.
Use the sauté setting for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens and the pork reaches 145 F.
