Ingredients

  • 1.25 lb Italian or breakfast sausage (links)
  • 1 lb Bell peppers
  • 1 lb Onions
  • 1 Garlic
  • 10 oz Rice

Steps

  1. Start the rice.
  2. Brown the sausage links in oil in a big skillet, 8 minutes.
  3. Add sliced peppers, onions, garlic and oregano.
  4. Cover and cook 12 minutes until the sausage is cooked through.
  5. Slice the sausage and serve over rice.
