Ingredients

2 jalapeños
4 slices white bread
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp arla original cream cheese spread
6 slices arla muenster cheese slices

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and roast the jalapeños on a small baking sheet for 15 minutes.
Cool the jalapeños for 10 minutes, then remove the stems and seeds and chop them.
Spread cream cheese on two bread slices and add the jalapeños and Muenster cheese.
Top with the remaining bread slices and spread butter over the outside of each sandwich.
Cook the sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes per side, until golden and the cheese melts.
Rest the sandwiches for 2 minutes before cutting.
