Steps

Divide the beef into 12 portions and flatten each portion into a thin patty.
Place cheese on six patties, cover with the remaining patties, and firmly seal the edges.
Season both sides with burger seasoning.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 5 to 6 minutes per side, until they reach 160 F.
