- 1 Kielbasa or smoked sausage
- 1.25 lb Potatoes
- 1 lb Cabbage
- 0.5 lb Onions
- 32 oz Broth or stock
Steps
- Slice the sausage and brown it in a large pot for 4 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and cook 3 minutes.
- Add diced potatoes, shredded cabbage, broth and spices.
- Simmer 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the vinegar and season to taste.
