Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 lemon
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 lb salmon fillets
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and cut four large parchment sheets.
- Trim the green beans, slice one lemon, and squeeze the other lemon over the salmon.
- Divide the green beans among the parchment sheets and place one salmon fillet over each portion.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then top each packet with lemon slices and rosemary.
- Fold and seal the packets, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the salmon reaches 145 F and the beans are tender.
