Steps

Heat the oven to 375 F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
Rub the lime zest into the sugar in a large bowl.
Whisk flour, poppy seeds, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt in another bowl.
Whisk almond milk, vinegar, eggs, vanilla, oil, and lime juice into the sugar mixture.
Fold the wet mixture and raspberries into the dry mixture until just combined.
