Ingredients
- 9 lb fully cooked bone-in spiral sliced ham
- 2/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp dry crushed rosemary
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- heaping 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 3 cups orange juice - divided
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F.
- Simmer the marmalade, maple syrup, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, pepper, salt, rosemary, cinnamon, ginger, and 1 cup orange juice in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Place the ham cut side down in a roasting pan and pour the remaining orange juice around it.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 150 minutes.
- Brush the ham with the glaze, uncover the pan, and bake for 20 minutes until it reaches 145 F inside.
- Rest the ham for 10 minutes before slicing.
